Safeguarding Workshop - Dangerous Dogs Awareness

In Sheffield we are undertaking a Child Safeguarding Practice Review about a child that was seriously harmed by a dog in 2023.

Join us for an essential workshop designed to safeguard children, families, and staff from the risks posed by dangerous dogs. This multi-agency session will equip professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to identify, manage, and prevent dog-related incidents in the community.

Learn about the legal responsibilities, best practices for intervention, and effective strategies to promote safer environments for everyone. Together, we can protect vulnerable individuals and support families in creating safer spaces.
